Hi all. In my organization, we are using a common email address, abc@domain.com. All the users are using this mailbox to send/receive emails. However, now we want it so that if John sends an email, the recipient will see in the From field "From: John <abc@domain.com>". If Jack sends it, then it will show Jack <abc@domain.com.

How do I go about doing this. I've heard that this can be done using forms but I've been Googling and haven't found a guide on how to do this. Please help! Thank you. :)

Oh yes, we are using Exchange 2003.
