Default Exchange permission missing on mailboxes, when i run " Get-MailboxPermission -Identity username "

it returns only

NT AUTHORITY\SELF {FullAccess, ReadPermission}

The default permission like NT AUTHORITY \SYSTEM , DOMAINNAME\Exchange ... are missing

On user security in the active directory "include inheritable permissions from this object's parent" are checked" .Why does it happened ?

Please help

RBAC plain and simple management roles and groups at the Org level. All you need to see on the actual mailbox is what that user mailbox can do...I mean you are obviously an admin and were able to access information on that users mailbox correct?

Your user possibly has forgotten to login, please have him login and then recheck the permissions once more.
