One of our clients is having problems sending email to one particular company.

They receve a "550 Relaying not permitted" NDR.

Their setup hasn't changed since it was first implemented (not by us - by the original IT provider).

They can send emails to everyone else - it's just this one company who they can't send emails to.

In terms of their setup, they have SBS 2008 with Exchange 2007. Emails are sent directly via DNS.

Has anyone else come across this problem before?
