Hi guys

Having an issue currently sending to 2 users or domains.

user@domain1.co.za
Your message wasn't delivered because of security policies. Microsoft Exchange will not try to redeliver this message for you. Please provide the following diagnostic text to your system administrator.

The following organization rejected your message: ns1.domain1.co.za.

user@domain1.co.za
ns1.domain1.co.za #554 5.7.1 Sorry, cannot find valid Reverse DNS entry for 41.66.138.42 or valid HELO greeting (mail.source.co.za) - please ask your ITAdministrator or ISP to fix this - Moresport/UCSSoftware no longer accept email from unregistered IP sources A_N_D ambiguous HELO SMTP greetings (Does not match forward DNS lookup) ##

Original message headers:

Received: from SVRCPT2008.source.local ([fe80::d4b5:6871:6221:81c9]) by
SVRCPT2008.source.local ([fe80::d4b5:6871:6221:81c9%10]) with mapi; Thu, 16

From: Administrator <Administrator@source.co.za>

* mxtoolbox.com reports valid Reverse DNS and SMTP Diag is ok.
* I have changed the default header via EMS to "220 mail.source.co.za"
* Default receive connector helo can't seem to be changed, it gives an error
* I don't understand where 41.66.138.42 comes from as this is not related to the domain.

The 2nd error I receive when sending to another address is the following...

user@domain2.com
mx1.domain2.com #550 5.7.1 <user@domain2.com>: Recipient address rejected: Mail appeared to be SPAM or forged. Ask your Mail/DNS-Administrator to correct HELO and DNS MX settings or to get removed from DNSBLs; MTA helo: mail.source.co.za, MTA hostname: unknown[41.66.138.42] (helo/hostname mismatch) ##

Ive done searching online and am not having any luck finding a solution.

This has been resolved.

Found the issue to be a firewall routing related.
