Hi, we have one user that cannot send emails to gmail account, they get this error:

#5.5.0 smtp;550-5.7.1 Our system has detected that this message is>

I've tested other email accounts and it works fine for everyone but the one person. What might be causing this?

Thanks for the reply, they can send emails outside the building just not to gmail accounts. This just started happening yesterday, before that she could send emails to to gmail accounts just fine.
