Should be about that time to create 2013 forums, since it's out.

My company will be doing a 2007 SP3 to 2013 migration in the March timeframe. Really want to pick people's brains who have gone through it.

As soon as I can get my hands on the binaries, I am going to install it in a test domain.

Yes, from now onwards it is possible to migrate the mailboxes from the Exchange 2007 to Exchange 2013 environment. Because I had a similar issue where I used a tool which performed a quick and easy migration for me and besides this the tool can also perform EDB to Live Exchange migration operations also and to know more features go to http://www.exchangemailboxmigration.com/

Thanks

If we talk about only exporting of existing exchange mailboxes into exchange 2013 then there are several commercial tools are ready to do this. Now the topic is grab a complete tool that can export exchange mailboxes from any editions to exchange 2013. Recently, we integrated Exchange 2013 and successfully did migration of mailboxes from exchange 2007 and 2010. For the migration purpose, we deployed PCVITA EDB Converter application. It does migration into 2 part:

1. Exported all mailboxes into PST format
2. Imported all PST files into Exchange 2013.

Although few applications are directly migrating into exchange 2013 but they are requiring more crucial credentials (it is a bit risky due to security purpose) and also skipping the meta data parts. I would like to suggest that follow the 2 step process for safe, secure and accurate migration which are 100% delivering by pcvita's edb application.
