We have an on-site single Exchange 2010 Server with a single database.
We are installing a second Exchange 2010 server in a datacenter for a site failover.
I am reading the Planning, Deploying, and Testing an Exchange 2010 Site-Resilient Solution sized for a Medium Organization but this if for a much larger organization. We only have about 140 mailboxes.
Can you provide comments, a new paper or a link to a small organization site failover planning, deploying and testing scenario?
Thanks in advance for your assistance.

No difference...the scenarios will be the same but the only difference is the number of mailbox servers per site and the number of mailbox databases per server.
