We have an SBS 2011 server that IIS was uninstalled on, now the server is worse then before. We spoke with Microsoft and they said that uninstalling IIS was unsupported. My question to you; do you know of a way to fix IIS without having to do a restore (not an option no backups) or a complete reinstall / swing migration? I would really just like to fix the problem. Unfortunately this is a production environment that just was not using exchange.

Exchange has SP3. Reinstalling SP3 or trying to reinstall exchange both don't even start.

Best option is to restore from backup because not only OWA reliese on IIS also exchange webservices, sharepoint etc..so only repairing OWA would not help you with other issues. If you have not got a backup then you could try the link to repair.
