Hi everyone,
My friend announce that he can't get email with attached file about 4MB.
I opened SMTP receive log file and get this infomation.

the log file express that my mail server get this email (,>,354 Start mail input; end with <CRLF>.<CRLF>,) but my friend can't receive this email .
Please kindly support me fix this error.
I will appreciate any answer .

Actually, that log entry only indicates your server properly saw and processed the sending server's DATA command. At that point your server considers everything following to be part of the message until it receives the sequence <CRLF> then a period then another <CRLF> in the communication stream. There should be something in the log after that indicating whether the message was received and accepted which includes a status code. Anything in the 200-299 range indicates OK.
