rudnicke -> 2013 fresh install (4.Nov.2013 12:12:48 PM)

Hi. I'm a complete noob when it comes to Exchange. I've been reading up on articles and forum posts, but I have a few (hopefully not dumb) questions.

1. This company is running a W2008 R2 domain. Functional level is W2008. Is it possible to setup a separate account or users to access exchange (different from the one they use to log on to PC's)? I ask because many of the PC's use the same U/P combo, but each have a copy of Outlook for one particular user.

2. How do I change the default mail address? CUrrently, it sets itself up at user@corp.company.com. I need to set the default to user@company.com.

THanks,
B Rudnicke

Ok. I answered my question number 2, but I could still use input on #1.

Thanks,
B

hi mate,

is this your question
in your existing environment you will have exchange 2013 and will have a account called as userB with exchange mailbox
When you login with your userA he should able to access exchange mailbox?

If that is so yes, if you think it is still not answered kindly elaborate more
