Use the PowerShell Commmands to Export Exchange EDB File to PST File format.
New-MailboxExportRequest -Mailbox Rohan -FilePath \\server\pst\gupta.pst

You can Export all your EDB data from Exchange Server Database to PST by using free tool ExMerge.exe.
Install the tool and then run setup.
Login in Exchange Server and select Export or Import button.
Click in Export and follow the guidelines.
Your EDB data will be exported in PST format.

The best way for EDB to PST conversion is ExMerge.exe utility. It's a freeware tool provided by Microsoft that can extract email messages from EDB files and save them into PST files. The best part of ExMerge.exe utility is that it can support corrupt EDB files as well. MS Exchange Server database files or EDB files store user's data in database but when they get corrupt, we need to convert them in to PST format to make them compatible with MS Outlook. They can be converted to PST by ExMerge.exe tool. once install and login with ExMerge to Server we can export the files and then convert them in PST format.Check Complete Steps to use exmerge for EDB to PST Conversion

When Exchange Server corrupt by few same reasons like as :- jet engine errors, dirty shutdown errors and unavailability of internet etc then they need to Export EDB File to PST but they have no idea that which software genuinely help to Export EDB to PST therefore I would like to suggest that in situation you can use Enstella for EDB to PST Recover Software that is capable to access your corrupt Exchange EDB File into 4 different types of formats like as :- PST/EML/MSG and HTML including with all attachment and properties items.
