Ok I know I have read this somewhere recently. I have helpdesk users that are trying to assign send As permissions to a mailbox. They are unable to do this (the + sign is basically greyed out for them). I want to allow them to assign this right but I know it requires a powershell command to make it so they can grant this right. I do not want to make the helpdesk a member of the organization admins group.

Can anyone help with the proper command for this?
BTW I also know that it can be assigned to a group but it has to be a universal group not a global or local group.
