If outlook is unable to connect with exchange 2013 then you can fix this problem if you repair the pst file with the help of inbox repair tool which is also used as pst recovery tool. You can also do that go to the setting of the server and verify that incoming server is POP3 and outgoing server is SMTP. if it is missing then correct is and try again. Scan the system because if malicious programs injected in the system then they damage the system files and also change the settings .

Hey!
Have you updated your service Connection Point (SCP), after installing Exchange Server 2013?
You must update the Service Connection Point to use the same name as the Exchange 2013 server.

To know how to update the Service Connection Point for AutoDiscover, visit: http://www.msexchange.org/articles-tutorials/exchange-server-2013/migration-deployment/planning-and-migrating-small-organization-exchange-2007-2013-part11.html
