Sachinspatil -> How to enable the perfmon counters (10.Jul.2014 4:30:34 AM)

Hi, We are using Exchange Server 2010 SP3.

We have two different issues,

1) on one machine perfmon instances for UMAutoattendent are disabled, that's why cant see data for the same on perfmon.

Question:- Kindly let me know how to enable the disabled counters in the perfmon for UMAutoattendant.

2) on other machine perfmon instance are missing for UMAutoattendat, becuase of that we cant see the data for that too.

Question:- Kindly let me know how to get the missing counters in the perfmon for UMAutoattendant.

Exchange server uses various performance monitor counters: Unified Messaging Auto Attendant
, Unified Messaging Availability Unified Messaging Call Answering, Unified Messaging General, and Unified Messaging Subscriber Access. The following guide contains various operations that can be performed over perfmon counters for UMAutoattendant. http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/service/6_0_1/rtmt/rtmt601.pdf

You can get the missing counters in the perfmon for UMAutoattendant by configuring the following key value:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\PerfProc\Performance /v "Disable Performance Counters" /t REG_DWORD /d 0
