lotusmail1 -> Auto-suspended mailboxes in Office 365 (15.Jul.2014 4:26:53 PM)

Hello There,
I have a bunch of staged mailboxes and had been auto-suspended for migration to Office 365. It is scheduled to be right around 2 weeks from when the mailbox was auto-suspended. I heard there is a default retention policy that could automatically remove these auto-suspended staged mailboxes in the cloud within 30 days as they are considered disconnected mailboxes. Can someone please confirm this? Is there a way to avoid retention policy to kick off maybe change a date or some other way? In other words what if any are my options to avoid this possible problem???? Let me know please.
