Hi,

So we have our SBS 2003 Exchange configured to download emails from our domain domain.com to our in house exchange server with POP3 Connector. POP3 is generating many errors and I don't trust it too much. From research that I did I found out it is better to change the way emails are arriving to our server to SMTP.
I just would like to ask for some guidance as I am not experienced Exchange admin.
We have a server with 2 network cards, internal for lan and external to connect SBS to internet.
We have fixed IP. About 15 users.
Please tell me what is the best way to approach this operation?
