Hi, we're in the process of separating from our parent company in which we share their Office 365 account.

Parent company: email@abc.com
My company: email@xyz.com

We need to create an all new Office 365 account with our xyz.com domain and then migrate all mailboxes.

Would this be as simple as using a tool such as MigrationWiz?
Can anyone point me in the direction of the steps we start off with?

If you want to migrate from Office 365 to Office 365, you can simply use MigrationWiz to copy data between mailboxes. For help visit: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dn629578.aspx

You can use Outlook to move data between two accounts.

I searched a solution on Google. I found Software which is advanced software that is designed to repair corrupt PST file and resolve other Outlook issues.
