OWA not working

Hi,
I have exchange server 2007 on windows server 2003 R2. I have upgraded my trend micro CSM from 3.5 to 6.0 last Thursday, After upgrading users start complaining of SSL CONNECTION ERROR when they access OWA internally or externally. I have checked IIS virtual directories and also checked the security settings for it everything seems to be OK . for time being i have enabled http to access OWA which is not safe for long time. I have also checked the port settings in trend micro which is all OK

Could anyone please suggest any solution to this problem
