tjscott -> Outlook 2013 - Mail to Keep Offline (14.Oct.2014 8:33:16 AM)

In Outlook 2013, I have it set to cached mode and 12 months offline.

(File > Account Settings > Account Settings > Microsoft Exchange Acct > Change > ... )

It works perfectly for my personal email account. There is exactly 12 months of emails in my inbox and other mail folders with a note at the bottom< "There are more emails in this folder on the server. Click here to view more on Microsoft Exchange".

I also get my partner's, Jean's, email via shared access.

(File > Account Settings > Account Settings > Microsoft Exchange Acct > Change > More Settings > Advanced > Open these additional mailboxes: ...).

Outlook has downloaded much more than one year's worth of her email. This function is set up correctly on her computer and Outlook account as it is on mine as noted above.

How do I set Outlook to download only 12 months of emails for the folders that are shared with me, just as it does for my personal email account?

Thanks,

Thomas Scott
