Hello everyone,

I'm traying to solve a problem with my server, it was working smooth, until I decided to install to my Exchange 2010 the service pack 3.

So, as a rutine, we use the web https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com to test the connectivity, and everything passed except the Outlook Conectivity, that it was working good, but after installing the SP3, we are getting the message below (look for the "PROBLEMS BEGINS HERE"), I've checked the MAPI ports, the RPC information (running GET-OUTLOOKANYWHERE), I can telnet the ports 6601, 6002 and 6004, but I could not find the problem, can someone tell me if have expirienced a problem like this?

First check the installation log in c:\ExchangeSetupLogs to make sure that the Service Pack did complete correctly.

Second check that the server was rebooted after the SP was installed, and that all the services have started and make sure Firewall is turned off. RPC calls can use a wide range of TCP ports not just the ones you mentioned.

If using the test site, you will need 'Outlook Anywhere' aka RPC over HTTPS enabled on your CAS servers. See Server Configuration, Client Access properties in the EMC.
