Just a quick question...
How would you guys load balance 3 CAS servers across 3 different sites (2 on same subnet one on another!)

Are we talking different Active Directory sites with these 3 different sites?
Also is there a reason you would want to do something like that?
What are you trying to accomplish?

Load balancing divides traffic between the various servers to provide services to clients. If a user is requesting CAS services in Site 1, the load balancer may send the user to a CAS server in Site 3 which is not where the mailbox for the user is located and cause possibly delays in accessing mailbox data or may possibly prevent accessing the mailbox entirely.
