Hi,

I currently have 2 mail exchange 2010 server(Mail01 and Mail02) being configured as DAG.
The issue that I'm facing is when my Mail01 become the primary our users are able to send/receive locally
but when I do a failover to Mail02 our users is not able to send/receive any internal mail.

It seems like the email just lost during the sending process. What could be the problem? Please advise.

What roles are you running on both servers?

Can you confirm the configuration of your send connector please. Do you have both servers listed in the connector? Have you confirmed that both servers are configured identically in respect to the hub transport role?
