Was wondering if anyone has thoughts on how much of a security issue having users apply Outlook permissions to the 'Default' user is?.

Specifically at the Mailbox level in Outlook (TOIS in the mailbox). We've got a few users who've given reader or in some case Owner access.

This has also flagged users who've done it on lower system folders, like Sent items etc... obviously it gets a bit more confusing at Inbox, Calendar etc.. because these could be valid.

But as far as I can see Default owner at the TOIS level doesn't give any access unless you have access to lower folders as well.

Anyway any thoughts would be appreciated.
