After the system state restoration of my Exchange server it became corrupted, perhaps. The main problem is: several eseutil options give me errors as a result. For instance, eseutil /r e00 shows me the Invalid argument error, eseutil /g gives another one: 1206 (JET_errDatabaseCorrupted, Non database file or corrupted db). What should I do in this case?

The problem could be in your Priv1.EDB.
Save all your data, files (edb, spm). In offline mode export it into pst and move it somewhere in a safe place. I hope you have an actual backup?...because after it would ne easy to restore the mailbox database from it. If you have not, well…in this case you can delete edb and stm files, AFTER it saving and replacing of course. After you mount the database the new log file should appear. And run eseutil /P for recovering.
If this not does not fix the problem, then you may try third-party tools such as Recovery Toolbox for Exchange Server https://exchangeserver.recoverytoolbox.com/ use a trial at first, it helps to decide is this tool really useful for you or not.
