Hey All, Hoping anyone can help

We are migrating from 2003 exchange to 2010 exchange on 2008 r2 as a first stage. the problem I am having is that after I move the mailbox from 2003 to 2010 I am unable to access it on any mobile devices. I am however able to access it in the outlook client just fine. I have made sure that the "Inherited permissions" have been checked on the user.

I appreciate any help trying to figure this out.
