Hi
I'm just newly installed Exchange 2013 in my test environment. Installation success and I can access OWA, ECP and so on..

However, all my mail sent to internal users are stuck in drafts.

I did check Internal DNS lookup properties on EAC and change it to local DNS server but emails still stuck inside draft.

Appreciate your help.

Regards,
Billy

Hi..
Run the command given below to make sure that you donít have any external DNS settings configured

get-TransportService | fl *dns*

If configured, remove it by running the command

Set-TransportService -ExternalDNSAdapterEnabled $true -ExternalDNSServers $null

Hope it will work for you
Thanks
Ronnie Paul
