Hello dears,
I need your help, I use exchange 2013 and I append a mailuser in contacts for one of my user who use an other address mail.
My user is in active directory but use an external email address.
Now I want to migrate my user from this external address to my domain address and create a mail box for my user.
But I cannot perform this action, when I test to create a mail for my user i can find this profil in existing user because is already used by usermail.
do you have an explication for me or a process to migrate my user from contact to mailbox ???
