Every now and then, some users send an email and immedietly recieve a bounce back. It includes the names of each recipient, with a message:

"A communication failure occurred during the delivery of this message. Microsoft Exchange will not try to redeliver this message for you. Please try resending this message later, or provide the following diagnostic text to your system administrator.

Diagnostic information for administrators:

Generating server:

recipient@domin
# #SMTP#

recoient @domain
# #SMTP#

etc"

Problem is, there is no "Generating server:". It's blank. Also, there are no message tracking logs of this message on the Exchange server, yet I can see the original Sent message and the Inbox undeliverable message in OWA.
