Hi All,
We are almost complete in migrating exchange 2007 to exchange 2013. I am not at the step of migrating the public folders. When I try to to create the main public folder using the following command
New-mailbox -PublicFolder PFMailbox -Database DB05 -IsExcludedFromServingHierarchy $True -HoldForMigration
I get the following error
Active Directory operation failed on DOMAINController This error is not retriable. Additional information:Access is denied
Active directory response: 00000005: SecErr DSID-031521d0 problem 4003 (insuff_access_rights)
Any ideas what permissions I am missing?
