Hi, I'm working on migrating from a two server Exchange2010 environment
(Hubsvr and Mailboxsvr with CAS) to a two server 2016 env. Servers are
using DAG. All user mailbox moves have gone well. The issue I'm having is
with the resource mailboxes, none will move to new Databases. Whether I
use EAC or EMS I get the same result the mailbox begins to "initially seed"
and then status goes to "RelinquishedWLmStall" and just sits there. I'm using the cmd
New-MoveRequest -Identity "mailbox name" -TargetDatabase "NewDBname".
Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you

However, this blog resolves the move status RelinquishedWlmStall error. In case if doesn't work, you can always try Exchange mailbox migration using the verified tool. Let me know if it has been resolved.
