But he will use the new Id in his workstation to send and receive email.
Please guild me some one how can I do this.

Go into the properties of abc@companydomain and go to the Exchange General tab and click the Delivery Options radio button. Then under the Forwarding Address option click forward to: and modify it to xyz@companydomain.
That will ensure that any email for abc will be sent to xyz (without a copy being kept in the abc inbox).

Thank you for your comments jonesos,
now how about to move all mails from previous account to new account and also, the new account be should create from the AD or is it enough if i create new account in Exchange only?.
but we are using same username for local domain login and email id.

Deemas, Well to move all the existing email from one account to the other I would first of all export the pst file of abc to one of your servers and then make a backup of it just in case. Then create the user account in AD for xyz (if you havent done so already)and accept the default of creating a mailbox for that account. After that I would just use your Outlook and allow youself to open the xyz mailbox (assuming you have permissions to do so). Then import the pst file of abc into that mailbox making careful note of all options along the way. In addition, if the xyz mailbox already exists I would also back that up to pst before you import abc.
Could you please clarify what you mean in your last sentence?
Hope this helps.
Thanks,
Mike
