Hello,

Every few days, weeks or months (today twice in 10 minutes) we get this strange issue where users who open their mailbox with Outlook (2010) get a notification that their mail profile ain't configured right and it shows the exchange settings box.

When you just press ok as it is all filled in correctly it sometimes passes or it give an error with some AD reference in it.

The fastest cure is to restart the Exchange Topology service which restarts almost every exchange service exept for the store.

When this happends there is nothing to be found in the standard event logs so I never found out what causes this.

When it happends I can still access the AD server without problem so it might be something else.

Anyone ever had this kind of problem and figured out what the culprit was?

We have F-Secure for exchange installed on that server maybe that has something to do with it?
