Good morning. When my General Manager creates appointments on his iPhone those appointments don't always make it to his desktop. This has been happening occasionally for the last year or so. I thought the problem had been fixed until this morning. He came to work and discovered that his executive assistant had scheduled a second appointment at the same time he had scheduled the one from his phone (sigh, both of which were important). I originally thought it was an iPhone issue but this is his third phone (iPhone 6, iPhone 6S and iPhone X) and it's still happening. I can't see anything pertinent in the Event Viewer. Has anyone else had something like this happen and was able to fix it? If so please help me out.

FWIW I'm currently in the process of upgrading my Exchange Server to 2013; that may be a while yet due to newly discovered issues.
