hi everyone
when updating or restarting the exchange server, outlook 2016 clients that are not part of the domain or LAN fail to open, get the error

outlook cannot log on system resources are critically low

the xml file %localappdata%\Microsoft\Outlook\16\AutoD.USER@DOMAIN.COM.xml somehow gets corrupt and a lot of the data is missing. when replacing the xml file from a working profile all is ok.

anyone seen this or know how to fix. I will try to add the xml file contents below

thanks in advance

correct autoD.name@domain.com xml - minus any identifying domain details
