Certain emails not being delivered - 21.Jan.2005 11:35:00 PM

One of my internal users has random problems sending email to another particular internal user. The problem is intermittent, but seems to crop up when he sends email with an attachment.

I tracked the message in Exchange 2003's Message Tracking Center, and I found that the last entry in the log is:

"SMTP: Message Submitted to the Categorizer"

As you all know, if you track a normal message, there are a few other steps beyond this...but for some reason these emails are getting stuck at this point.

No NDR's are ever generated. For all I know, this could be affecting other users and not just this one...but nobody else has complanied yet (and you know they would!) so it seems like the issue only occurs when this one guy sends email to this one lady.

He's even told me that if he sends an email to multiple recipients (all internal users), everybody except this one lady will get the email. FYI...she gets all other email just fine.

Anybody have any ideas?

Thanks for your help!
