Hello,
I am using Exchange 2003,
I have configured a lot of Address Lists in Exchange, based on Active Directory contacts, users and distribution groups.
Well,
Now I want to add restrictions to some users (or all) to permit send only to address of my Adress Lists.

I donŠt know if this is possible, but this is not any extrange configuration to prevent users to send personal mails while are in job.

If you look on the properties of the Distribution Group you will see the "Accept Messages From" box where you may enter the addresses of people authorised to send to it.
