421 5.5.2 Syntax error - 12.Jun.2005 5:51:00 PM

Hello,
When sending email to some doamins I getting this error:
Message delivery to the host '212.71.21.114' failed while delivering to the remote domain 'navisoft.net' for the following reason: An SMTP protocol error occurred.
The SMTP verb which caused the error is 'EHLO'. The response from the remote server is '421 5.5.2 Syntax error (command line too long)
'.

Zie Help en ondersteuning op http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp voor meer informatie.
When I switch to another gateway it's getting through without any problem.
The firewall is a Cisco C831 that causing the problem. Could it be something with SMTP/ESMTP ?
How to resolve this ?
Strange thing is that other doamins are working well.

any ideas ?
