I have two backend Ex2k3 servers in the same routing group. One hosts mailboxes & the other some mail enabled public folders. I would like to filter the inbound email to certain mailboxes such that only email sent from within my own organization (domain) stays in the inbox & all other email is forwarded to a mail enabled folder. If I have to use a rule created in Outlook I need to achieve this with a server side rule, not a rule that requires feature only available to Outlook. How might I best accomplish this? Thanks, Nick.

Hi,
Directly it is not possible.
But we can do,
1.create a new contact(With External Email Address).
2.Select mailbox store-go to properties->enable archive all messages option
3.browse to select the contact.
4.That's it
