Is it possible to Forward the Actual message to a specific Users Mailbox when no recipient match is found and an NDR is raised. I believe the default scenario is as below.
When a message is recieved and no recipient match is found an NDR is raised and sent to the administrator, the Massage is placed in the Badmail Folder.

How I got around this problem was to create a new e-mail account then forward all NDR to this e-mail address.

All admins have access to this e-mail account so we just forward the complete e-mail message to the user as required.

If you want to set yours up like this go into System Manager/Administrative Groups/'SITE NAME'/Servers/'SERVER NAME'/Protocols/Smtp.

In SMTP right click default smtp virtual server, click properties click onto messages and enter an e-mail address in 'Send copy of non delivery report to' that you want e-mail to be sent to.

Thanks for that, but I've already tried that and it seems to me that it only sends the NDR to the designated account whereas I need to forward a copy of the original message, therefore allowing genuine mastaken delivery to be forwarded to correct user or discarding unsolicited messages
