We have a client running Exchange 2000 on a Small Business Server 2000 network. The workstations are all using Windows XP and Outlook 2002. When they right-click on the email address in a received email, they can select "Add to Outlook Contacts" and it goes into their personal Contacts folder. They are using a Public Folder for Company Contacts. They would like to know if they can redirect that right-click "add to contacts" operation to put the contact in the Company Contacts public folder as opposed to their personal Contacts folder. Is this possible? Thanks, Elise
