I need help and I'm not sure if this is possible, but. I have 2 items in public folders 1) contacts and 2) tasks.. I set up a form in the contact folder with an item called "expiration date". I want to automatically add a task in the tasks folder with a due date the same as the expiration date. I realize I can individual add tasks for all 200 contacts, but would much rather find a shortcut to do this automatically. If anyone knows how do this I would appreciate it greatly!
