Is there a way to place your daily schedule into a public calendar where a receptionist or other staff could access schedules at a glance. Placing appointments directly into a shared calendar does not show each individual entry as having been entered by a specific individual. I have seen postings relating to sending a meeting request to yourself and then it would also show on your calendar and set a reminder. Any onput or suggestions as to what you use in your office would be appreciated.
