Hi There,
My company makes use of the public forlder system for cleint requests. The Clients mail us and the mail is recieved into the Public Folder. I need to enable it so that when we reply to the client the sender is the public folder, so the reply address will be the Public folder. Is there a way to enable this by default without the stupid users having to go and select the from tab, cause when I say my users are stupid, they are stupid!
Thanks
