I have a user that runs the whole office and wants to view all of the mail sent by users under his authrity at will. I have used distribution groups to give him accees to all incoming mail in public folders which he has read rights to. How can I get him access to the sent mail folders for these users or replicate them to a public folder he can view at will.

If you give him rights to the users Sent Items he can openthe folder in IE. http://SERVERNAME/exchange/USER/Sent%20Items/?Cmd=contents

That won't work. I know how to do that, but he will not sign in by user to look at their email. He insists that he wants to look at it like he looks at the archives of the recieved mail. This way requires that he sign in individually to each subordinate and that will not fly.
