The issue is Scheduling meetings in Outlook Calendar when delegations are configured.

Does anyone have a good reference for configuring delegations in Outlook 2003?

Exchange 2003
WIN 2K SP4 clients
Outlook 2003
I accepted the default of 2 months in the Free / Busy Options on the clients.

My problem is with Admin assistants who have delegations configured for various executives.

The delegations are configured w/ the default settings. Meaning:

Calendar: Editor
The box is checked for "Delegates receive copies of meeting related messages sent to me"
the rest are set to None

The scheduling tab on the delegates, and attendees calendars does not show information for any attendees for the scheduled meeting in their respective calendars

The Meeting organizers are able to view the Free / Busy status of all meeting attendees in meeetings they create

The problem is resolved when I change the properties of the delegation by removing the check from "Delegates receive copies of meeting related messages sent to me"

But that defeats the purpose of having a delegate. "and to in the

Any Ideas ?
