This is the error I get
The SSL certificate server name is incorrect.
ID no: c103b404
Exchange System Manager

I found the resolution here
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=324345

It goes on to say I can remove SSL from the EXadmin virtual root, and clear the require secure channel. Please see resolution on link. This will clear the problem but does it make my current SSL certificate less secure. Under the web site directory security it still says require 128bit encryption it would just be deselected under the Exadmin... should I be concerned?

Well looks like that fixed the problem for any of you that might have this issue. After some research sometimes SSL will cause inheritance to go done the IIS chain and enter a couple settings that shouldnt be there. Follow that document above if you have that error, it worked for me.

Cheers
