I work for a non-profit where the main work is done by volunteers. I need to create an generic account for the Volunteers that IS NOT mail-enabled, but needs to be able to view the Public Calendar within the Exchange. How can this be achieved? Or is there a tool that can easily publish an Exchange Public Calendar to the web?

Thanks in advance for your help

Hi stuco,

what you are looking fore would be segmentation of OWA.

You will however need to mail enable the users but you can restrict what they can use.

OWA => allows you to make a mailbox available to users on the internet

Segmentation => allows you to make only specific features available for users (like calendar, contacts,...)

This url should give you the info you need http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=833340

kind regards,
