How can i sure 100% that replication of public folder from my old exchange2003 to new server is correct? if i stop msexchangeSA service from old server,can i be sure?I must disable cached mode in outlook2003 client?

In ESM drill down into Folders, Public Folders, select the PF you want to check and then the status tab. That will give you a list of replica's and how many messages there are in both. It also tells you how much space the messages are taking up. Don't worry about the space in the new replica taking up less than the sending replica.
