Hi all

Can i use Exmerge to export all the users email on a exchange 2000 server and then import this email to a Exchange 2003 server?
These servers are not part of the same domain or forest. If i can get the email off the exchange 2k server using exmerge and then be able to import this email to the exchange 2003 server I will take down the Exchange 2000 server.

Also should i use the exmerge utility that is on the Exchange 2003 server to do this?

I am creating a new forest and domain this is why i asked

Hi Skipster,

Yes it's possible to use exmerge to migrate your mailboxes to another Exchange server not part of the existing AD structure.

PS:
Use the latest Exmerge utility.
