Is it possible to setup a rule that deletes sent items after two weeks?

Depending on what type of office software you use it may vary. Currently i am using office pro 2003. If you open this up right click your sent items. go to properties. Click the auto archive tab. CLick archive this folder using these settings. where is says clean out items older than specify 2 hit the drop down box to the right and specify weeks. Below you have to tell it what you would like to do. Check Permanetly delete old items. Have fun. [Razz]
